ARB Organic Shop and Farm specialises in organic, farm-fresh, and value-added products including Amla juice, distilled Amla products, herbal products, and other organic products sourced, manufactured, and processed at our farm on the outskirts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

All products are subject to availability. Due to the natural variability of organic and farm-sourced products, actual product appearance, colour, texture, and taste may vary slightly from batch to batch and from Website images. Such variations do not constitute a defect or misrepresentation.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we will honour the listed price for any orders already placed and confirmed at that price.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept payments through UPI, Razorpay (credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets), and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

Payment must be completed in full at the time of placing an order. Orders will only be processed upon successful payment confirmation.

6. Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This serves as acknowledgment that your order has been received and is being processed. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in the event of stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

If an item goes out of stock after your order is placed but before dispatch, we will contact you to suggest an alternative product. If you decline the alternative, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
