SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
1. Shipping Coverage
ARB Organic Shop and Farm currently ships to all serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is not available at this time. For international enquiries, please contact info@arborganicfarm.com.
2. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders of ₹2,000 or above. For orders below ₹2,000, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. There is no minimum order value.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Express (same-day) delivery is available only within Chennai city limits for orders placed before 12:00 PM IST on working days.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details upon dispatch.
5. Shipping Partners
We use our own delivery fleet for local Chennai orders and trusted third-party logistics partners for rest of Tamil Nadu and pan-India deliveries. The choice of logistics partner is at our discretion.
6. Packaging for Perishable Products
We use insulated materials, leak-proof sealing, and protective cushioning as appropriate to ensure product integrity during transit. If you receive a damaged product, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.
7. Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to adverse weather, natural disasters, regional disturbances (bandhs, strikes, curfews), logistical disruptions, courier delays, or government restrictions. In such extreme situations, ARB Organic Shop and Farm shall not be held responsible for the delay but will make reasonable efforts to inform you.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal, the courier will make 2–3 attempts. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply) or process a refund after deducting shipping costs.
9. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch. For tracking queries, contact info@arborganicfarm.com.
ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY
1. Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch. Since our products are perishable and often packed fresh upon order confirmation, we process orders promptly. To cancel, contact info@arborganicfarm.com or call +91 8667055746 immediately.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for applicable options.
2. Order Modification
To modify your order (quantities, items, delivery address), contact us before dispatch. Once dispatched, no modifications can be made.
3. Cancellation by ARB Organic Shop and Farm
We may cancel your order if:
• The product is out of stock. We will suggest an alternative; if declined, a full refund will be processed.
• Payment cannot be verified or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• The delivery address is incomplete, incorrect, or unserviceable.
• Legal or regulatory compliance requires cancellation.
• Force majeure events prevent fulfilment.
In all seller-initiated cancellations, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
