Refund Policy

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our organic products (juices, ghee, oils), we do not accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final once the product has been delivered.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will provide a full replacement or refund. To claim:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share photos of the damaged product and packaging
  3. We will arrange a replacement or process a refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing takes 5-7 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products opened, used, or partially consumed
  • Returns due to change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Refused delivery without valid reason

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed and the order has been processed for shipping. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll try to assist.
